Awesome tent – There was alot of thought put into the design kudos to Nemo. This tent represents the perfect balance between size, weight, and durability.
Dean –
Roomy for one, waterproof – I bought this a month ago and tried it out on the PCT. Waterproof, big door with zippers that actually work smoothly. The dual huge vestibules were awesome when it poured the first night out.
treaamusant –
This nimble tent gives a big bang for your buck! – I got the NEMO Dragonfly to lighten my pack weight for solo trips. Not only is it an impressive 2 pounds, it’s super easy to set up with color-coded straps and poles.
JohnS –
TOTALLY IMPRESSED – NEMO 2P Dragonfly, Ultralight, Backpacking Tent I looked at a number of lighter, comparable tents. When I did a actually side-by-side with a leading competitor, the DragonFly 2P had my vote.
Rev22 –
The King of the mountain – I’ve been using Nemo tents for the last 3 years. The Galaxy 2p is still one of my favorite all time tents.
Alpha364 –
Easy set up – I Purchased this tent for myself and my pack. It is a two person tent and I slept in it very comfortably with my pack. Purchased footprint for added protection. Tent and footprint match perfectly.
RockWRX –
I bought the tent a week before I went on the High trail on the Eastern Sierras for a 4 day overnight hiking trip. Overall the tent worked great. It was easy to set up.
Sean –
Great UL option – Put a season on it last year. Love it, some great inovative features you expect from Nemo. More a 1+ than a 2. Great UL option with a few compromises but very livable.
Brookes –
loses structural integrity in heavy rain/wind – I have the 2P Dragonfly. I used it, brand new, in some extreme weather and it simply didn’t stand up to heavy rain and wind.
Sabre17 –
OK for Good Weather, otherwise not so great – I just finished a 5 day trip in the Frank Church Wilderness. I took my new Dragonfly 2P tent on its maiden voyage. Sorry to say I was less than impressed.
Br377 –
Great Tent For Tall Guys – I’m 6’3 and it fits me like a charm. The first time I used it, a heavy rainstorm hit for a couple hours and the inside stayed bone dry. Super easy to set up and break down. Two thumbs up.
Twigs –
Survived VerMud Vermont! – I bought this to section hike the AT through Vermont. It rained and rained and rained and survived! I watched a YouTube video on how to put the tent up once and practiced at home twice and.
RockWRX –
Great tent but needs a longer rainfly. – I bought the tent a week before I went on the High trail on the Eastern Sierras for a 4 day overnight hiking trip. Overall the tent worked great. It was easy to set up.

J roam –
I used this tent for a week long hike in Evolution Valley recently. Setup was intuitive, needing only one person. I’d lay out the footprint first to be certain it would fit the site.

Beautiful architecture – I used this tent for a week long hike in Evolution Valley recently. Setup was intuitive, needing only one person. I’d lay out the footprint first to be certain it would fit the site.
Blaze –
Lightweight backpacking tent – Purchased to replace a MSR Huba Huba tent. The weight of the tent is much lighter. The setup is simple with color coded poles and rain fly.
